Eternal Hospitality Group (hereinafter referred to as the Group) deeply recognizes the importance of protecting personal information. In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Group has established and will comply with its domestic Group-wide Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as this Policy) to ensure the appropriate use and management of personal information obtained through proper means.
For the purposes of this Policy, personal information refers to information provided or to be provided by customers and all individuals involved in the Group’s business activities (including shareholders, business partners, and employees—regardless of employment status, such as part-time, temporary, or contract employees—hereinafter collectively referred to as customers, etc.), such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses, that can identify specific individuals among customers, etc.

1. Purposes of Use of Personal Information

Our Group will use the personal information provided by customers and others within the scope of the following purposes. Furthermore, even within the scope of these purposes, we will not use customers’ personal information in any manner that may encourage or induce illegal or improper conduct.
