Eternal Hospitality Group positions Torikizoku, its yakitori restaurant brand, as the Group’s flagship brand and is expanding its brand portfolio in the chicken-based food category centered on yakitori.
In addition to the sustainable growth of its existing domestic brands, the Group aims to achieve further growth through the creation of new brands and global business expansion.

Founded in 1985, Torikiizoku is a yakitori restaurant that offers great taste with generous portions. Guided by our concept—“Great taste, Simply served” We do not compromise when it comes to delivering good value, preparing each skewer with care, and cherishing every guest interaction.
YAKITORI DAIKICHI
Founded in 1978, Yakitori Daikichi is a neighborhood yakitori restaurant where each owner’s personality comes through in an intimate, counter-centered space of around 10 tsubo (about 33 m²). Rooted in the local community, we value the closeness where the owner can communicate across the counter and offer warm, welcoming hospitality. A place that is easy to drop by—whether you are on your own, with family, or with coworkers.
zoku
Founded in Los Angeles in 2024, zoku is a modern dining concept where carefully selected yakitori is paired with sake and other alcoholic beverages. While honoring traditional Japanese yakitori techniques, zoku adapts to local lifestyles and markets, proposing a new and refined space to enjoying YAKITORI.
HASU
Founded in Los Angeles in 2008, HASU has since been deeply rooted in the local community for years as a Japanese Izakaya & Grill. While honoring Japanese yakitori and izakaya culture, the restaurant continues to evolve to meet local needs, continuing to be a welcoming place where guests gather and enjoy time together.
mozu
Founded in Seoul, South Korea in 2025, mozu inherits the techniques of Michelin one-star “Yakitori Ichimatsu”, offering a meticulously crafted yakitori course featuring high-quality Jidori chicken. By fusing Japan’s craftsmanship with Seoul’s culinary culture, mozu pioneers a new gastronomic experience.
TAIMATSU
Founded in Tokyo in 2025, TAIMATSU was co-created with Chef Hideto Takeda of Osaka’s Michelin one-star “Yakitori Ichimatsu”. A Yakitori Course focused on bringing out the best in prestigious Hinai Jidori chicken. The space is calm yet warm, evoking the feeling of a traditional yakitori restaurant. Expanding the possibilities of Yakitori."
YAKITORI HACHIBEI
Originating in Hakata, YAKITORI HACHIBEI partnered with Eternal Hospitality Group as a franchisee to open its location in Kitashinchi, Osaka, in 2025. The restaurant offers a vibrant Hakata-style dining experience, where guests can enjoy a wide variety of skewers featuring chicken, pork, and vegetables. With this diverse lineup, the restaurant reinterprets the joy of yakitori—an enjoyment nurtured in Hakata—refined and reconstructed to resonate with the local market.
